Your first real estate success story

hey BP Members. My name is Sean and I reside in Baltimore Md and I am 22 years old. I recently decided that I want to have a career in the real estate field whether it be buying and selling homes or buying and renting them. I have no experience but I've been talking to people that have engaged in real estate in some type of way. Currently I am focusing on building my knowledge before I make any big moves. I like to hear people's personal stories and experiences...so basically if you don't mind sharing, how was your experience with your first major/minor move in real estate? Which approach did you take? What did you do wrong that you could have done better? Thanks in advance for sharing
