Chicago Multifamily Brick Repair - Tuck-pointing

I saw two interesting options today, both have exterior damage due to poor maintenance.

Can someone recommend a contractor in the South Side of Chicago?

One three flat needs the entire side redone.  The space between buildings is only 16 inches, so I don't know how someone may be able to get there.

The second is a two flat and it requires some repairs on the brick ( 8"deep, but no holes) .  tuck-pointing required on the lower part of the foundation. I had seen the after repair done, but I ignore the prices.

Can anyone recommend a good brick repair person in South Chicago?  Any idea of the costs to repair this per foot at

A.  50"above finished floor

B. Entire side of a three flat, two bedroom in Chicago. Three stories high.

Below are some typical pictures

Thanks,
