Commerical Real Estate Analysis

Hi BP Fam, 

I am working with an investor who is interested in purchasing/building commercial property. I am reaching out because I am curious if anyone uses a template or excel sheet to analyze a commercial investment deal.  

I currently use the deal analyzer for residential that I downloaded from BP ( I made a few changes to accommodate to my needs) but I'd like to have one for commercial as well. 

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
