Hi BP Fam, 

I am working with an investor who is interested in purchasing/building commercial property. I am reaching out because I am curious if anyone uses a template or excel sheet to analyze a commercial investment deal.  

I currently use the deal analyzer for residential that I downloaded from BP ( I made a few changes to accommodate to my needs) but I'd like to have one for commercial as well. 

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I am a licensed real estate agent in Houston, Tx. I am currently looking for a broker who is agent-investor friendly. I primarily got my license to invest but would like to get some experience part-time. 

If anyone has any suggestions or can recommend a broker who is agent-investor friendly in the Houston area please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it!

Hi Gloria! I'm from Houston as well. I just got into real estate investing a couple of months ago. I am working with a few other investors on wholesaling and rehabbing right now. Looking forward to hearing how you are doing!

Does anyone have their CIAS designation? I am wondering if anyone could provide me with some useful information.

I am interested in registering for the program and want to know if it's worth the money.
