Flipping a church

Hello BP,

New member who still hasn't made first deal.  Came across a church property for sale today that could potentially be a good deal.  Don't have any numbers yet so will get to that later.  Just wondering if anyone has flipped a church before? It's 1800 sq ft and just a basic rectangular shaped building. Thanks for any input.

Just curious... what would you do with it? Turn it into something residential? Or try and market it to other groups?
