Hey Guys, I have a huge Deal in the Milwaukee Area. It's 32 unit commercial property, seller has agreed to Seller Financing terms. All I need now is a Wisconsin Real Estate Attorney who's familiar with Seller Financing Deals. If anyone knows of a Reliable Attorney, then please chime in.
