How does he do it?

Hey bigger pockets!!!!! I have a native in my hometown who has 20 plus properties. Did I mention that he's only 34. How does he do it? A commercial loan doesn't allow you to purchase that many. Most the homes he's buying are around 30,000. He doesn't flip and sell only use them as renters. The numbers doesn't make sense to me.

@Demetrius Gatling

Go ask him!! This is a people business, so go meet people! There are a million ways to fund deals. Take him to coffee/beer or whatever and simply as how he is doing it. Anyone kicking butt tends to be proud of it.
