My family and I live in a small house that is not us, we rent it. We pay 480 a month is good place, but I want to get a house with 3.5% down FHA MORTAGE. Because we Haven buy a house.

My question is should we get it for us or to rent?.

Like keep paying the rent and get I house that get me 200-400 cash flow and then get more money to get a house but for us

Or how should I do it?

It is a good I DEA get it with FHA MORTGAGE?
