i found a daal in an app. The owner had the house for 140000 and in the app it sais that is worth 180000 and houses around there are sold for 177000 to 20000, so I send her an email if she is welling to get 90000 cash and she a agree so my problem is 

Can I have a problem with his realtor?

Do you send the letters to their mail owner or to the house ?
