successful foreclosures
what are some of the major things you look at when buying a foreclosed home. Im looking to buy a multi family foreclosure and live in one unit. The numbers seem to be very profitable, although the home needs some work. Ive had multiple contractors go over the home and repairs seem reasonable, although I am allowing myself a significant emergency fund for unexpected items. My question is what are some major things you look at.
