Post: financing a Flip in Massachusetts

Does anyone have a recommendation on getting approved for a flip in Massachusetts, where you would not have to put 20% down?

I didint think so either but two banks I tried both said I needed the tenants W-9. I just had never heard of that and was not sure if there was an easier way or if I was doing something wrong. Thanks

Are you required to get a tenants W-9 form in order to open an escrow account, or is there an easier way to put it in to another type of account where you wouldn't have to do that?

Just curious about these hard money loans or if anyone else has funded a flip in a different way... Also if anyone has had any horror stories when getting a loan
