How you study the market in your area
Hello All,
I'm a beginner here, and I have tons of questions.
This discussion is towards everyone and anyone that has experience in real estate.
Here is the question/s.
How do you study your market or different markets in different states. What are your strategies? Does your strategy change if in a different area;
ex: I live in Wisconsin and am using Strategy A for duplexes, but I want duplexes in Illinois, can I use Strategy A, or would I/ could I use Strategy B.
Thank you to all that help.
