Real Estate Attorney in Colorado Springs?

John W.

Posted

Looking for advice on finding a good real-estate attorney is in Colorado Springs? I'm looking to get a couple vacant houses under contract if the numbers work and the sellers are motivated enough. Possible exit strategies would be to find an investor and 50/50 rehab for flip, flip-refi to hold, or wholesale. Any support is appreciated!

Hey @John W.,

Are you looking for someone to do all the contract paperwork for you or are you looking for something more? If you're looking for just contract paperwork, you can hire a Realtor to manage the transaction which you'll likely find cheaper and easier to use. If you're looking for an attorney for something more, then I would suggest Tim Priebe - google his name and he should be the first one to come up.
