Hi! BP friends,

I'm following this auction right now. I was unable to do title search, so for that reason I will skip this one but I will appreciate any input, advice or thoughts regarding to it. Please, see details below, the auction is live right now in Miami Court.

 Auction Type:      FORECLOSURE

Final Judgment Amount:  $52,898.36

Assessed Value:        $61,633.00

Plaintiff max bid:        $53,482.20

Estimated Market Value: 124K

Thanks!!! John

This is not an REO (already owned by the bank) auction, this is the actual foreclosure auction. You need to know how to search title...is this the first Mtg, 2nd mortgage, or an HOA foreclosing? Are there outstanding hoa debts (they remain attached)? How much in back property taxes? Etc, etc.
