Its not as big as the stories on here, but just wanted to say I went to my first seminar yesterday, and found it very interested. I was surprise of how much I already knew thanks to BP. That's amazing. Attending these seminars could further boost your confidence while allowing you to network effectively. Since you are starting out with real estate investing, it may help to collaborate with other local investors or assist an experienced investor in a deal. It will allow you to have a first-hand experience and you'll have someone to guide you through the process.
