Hello everyone,

How do you decide whether a deal is fraudulent? What lacmus tests do you use?

I think every beginning investor has to answer such questions.

Best Regards,

I've seen a lot of lending fraud going on.  I have a blog post on how to spot them online but I can put the direct link, but the title is "Scammers".

Never pay an upfront fee when it comes to a promise of something you crave.  They may call it a "security deposit", "application fee", etc.
