Beginner real estate

I've been a real estate agent for about a year and half now. I haven't done much with my license because I was in respiratory school along with my wife. Now that Am done with school and started working in the field I find out that I really don't have a passion for my current career which is respiratory therapist. Since I've acquired my license I only sold one property now am really thinking about real estate investing. I have bad credits, not a lot of cash but really motivated. I've just discovered bigger pockets and am exited with the guidance and the amount of information here. How can I get started properly with real estate investing? Any tips and success and failing advices will be much appreciated. Thanks Again.
