Beginner real estate
I've been a real estate agent for about a year and half now. I haven't done much with my license because I was in respiratory school along with my wife. Now that Am done with school and started working in the field I find out that I really don't have a passion for my current career which is respiratory therapist. Since I've acquired my license I only sold one property now am really thinking about real estate investing. I have bad credits, not a lot of cash but really motivated. I've just discovered bigger pockets and am exited with the guidance and the amount of information here. How can I get started properly with real estate investing? Any tips and success and failing advices will be much appreciated. Thanks Again.

Good Luck Bensley, I'm a newbie myself and I truly believe that this is our calling and I can assure you that the first step you have taken and that is to admit you are not happy or sick and tired of being tired of what you are doing and want to venture out in the world. Real Estate is just what is says "Real Estate" of ones affairs, being in the real mind state. Hope to hear chat! Take all the advice given don't stress do your research, learn the numbers and put your feet in the water and go for it! That's what I'm doing and there is a wealth of knowledge and info on here as well as the internet. So good luck brother and I will meet you at that pot of gold. LOL
