Thanks guys. I will definitely check out J. Scott's book. I have read a couple already: Flip (by Rick Villani and Clay Davis) which was very good even though it was written a while ago and The Everything Guide to Flipping Houses, which was not nearly as informative.

Hello all,

I'm new to the site and eager to learn a lot and (hopefully) teach a little. I've been a real estate investor for 20 years. I'm shifting my focus from buying/holding and management to flipping. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
