I have a multiple investment property sale I am working on (8 plex, duplex and two single family homes).  He is willing to cut a deal if all of the properties are purchased together or at least three of the 4)  I am wondering if I should just keep my assignment fee's per property or just a percentage of them all?

Thank you Rick. Is there a specific document that I should be looking for? The courthouse admin is not that much help in that area.

There are thousands of probate records I can search at my county. A very old school database. Does anyone have any ideas on how to easily identify if a private case has real estate attached to it without opening every document?

I suppose. I dont know. I think if I received a card from someone who wanted to buy the house I would be more likely to call them because it is a thoughtful thing to do.
