i am new to real estate and BP.

hello all!

So my experience in real estate is brief. Two years ago i came across a lady whose father had just passed and she wanted to go back to her home country. Long story short she sold her only property for 7000. I then put a heat pump in and ive had it rented out ever since.

So recently ive been in touch with an investor thats looking to retire and sell his entire portfolio. (24 properties for 600k) all properties are rented out. Im looking to get the 5 highlighted in yellow. Would buying these be a sound investment?
