My First Tax Lien...in Steamboat Springs, Colorado!

10 days ago I took the plunge and bid at my first online auction...placed the winning bid on one of five liens I bid on !  I'm happy that I bid only 4% over the minimum bid and still got one.  This has given me the confidence to research liens in Florida and Indiana as these have  higher maximum interest rates with Florida at 18% maximum per year.  I want to keep the momentum going!
