New BP Flipping Calculator Question???

So I loved the old BP Flip calculator because I could plug in my numbers after a flip and create a great looking PDF to show my private lenders... Now that it is changed I can't use it. It seems as though it only works backwards now. You can only input ARV and desired profit but not the actually purchase price that you paid.

Is there another way to do this or am I missing something here?

If I can't do what I need to with this BP tool, does anyone know of another tool that would create this nice looking PDF for reports to show my investors?
