Seems like a great deal for a flip

117 w new st, winder ga 30680. $50,000 hud home 2 bed 2 bath, brick with full basement. I have a contract on it but it doesn't look like I will be able to get it financed or have the cash to repair so I will probably have to back out. I'm super bummed but I have learned a lot in this process. Maybe it is not my turn but there will be other deals out there.
