Question about my first deal

Hi everybody. I'm looking into my first deal and it is a short sale. I have very little experience and I am not sure what to expect. I am going to go look at the property within the next few days and I was wondering who I should bring with me. Would it be a good idea to bring a home inspector with me or a contractor or both or none? Since this is my first deal I want to make sure I do as much right as possible and I'm unfortunately clueless when it comes to estimating repairs etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
