Taking Action...A little at a time

So finally decided to take the first step so that I can start learning my local market.  I created my profile on Realtor.com and set my criteria for a multifamily home within 20 miles of my current zip code (10459) and will start analyzing 1 deal a day in order to familiarize myself with my area.

To me this is a success as it's a beginning.
