I found 45% -60% Tapes Thanks Bigger Pockets. :) I just got one under contract, I paid my pool fee, and now I'm in looking at great deals all over the USA.

not to doubt you are you saying you have CLOSED on a tape of CA assets at 45 to 65% of TRUE ARV or just what they say the ARV is :

That would be truly incredible .. out in the mid west Absolutly no problem and you would be over paying by a bunch in many markets at those % numbers... if you have details that would be great.
