Another deal closed today! Check in the mail!

This morning we successfully closed another wholesale transaction. This was our first time assigning the contract. It was nice not being required to attend closing. So far we have been able to wholesale 4 properties and acquire 2 rentals in the 8 months R and R Homes LLC has been in business. We currently have 2 properties under contract now and have a couple more we are negotiating. Thanks to @Jerry Puckett and his help with our direct mail campaign we are excited about what the future holds!  This part time hobby is turning into a full time passion!!!!  To be continued.......
