Hey everyone,

I'm using the BP calculators and I would like to know how other members find information for the neighborhoods they are investing in such as "annual property taxes," "closing cost," "loan interest rate," and points charged by the lender etc. I would like to have my report as close as possible before presenting this deal. Any help is appreciated
