I think I just did my first deal as an investor ???
Hello fellow members,
I decided to share this story because I think I kind of fell into my first deal as an investor. I am a licensed Realtor and I have a client who I've worked with on traditional real estate deals before. Well I got a lead on a house in an area that I knew he was interested in and the house was off market. Long story short I took him to see the house, he liked it, he bought it, and paid me a nice finders fee for 1 hours worth of work. As small as the deal was it's given me confidence to go forward with the investing side of things as I clearly see there are many ways to make money.
