Repositioning a property

We purchased a 99 unit deal in Cincinnati that we syndicated in September. To date we evicted 65 tenants rehabbed 22 units did me roofs and site work and leased up 6 units since opening the new property on jan 5 2015. We are very excited for our next deal.

    What did you reposition it to ?   A lot of people are looking for more then an teaser on what you have done.  Did you do 65 evictions and how does that figure into your repositioning plan?  What is your ultimate lease up plan for the building?   For the current rehab units? Sounds like it would make a good story to learn from.
