Hi all, I am curious about how investors finance 6-10 multiunit properties and up. Would an investor pay cash for these properties, or is it almost always financed through a loan? If some are paid in cash, is it possible to wholesale properties that are big multiunits? Seem a little daunting so I'm wondering if someone has experience doing it. Thanks
