I know a lot of people don't like condos but how do you feel about this deal?
$96,900
3 bed, 2.25 bath
1400 sq ft
The condo is in a development of 92 units in Salt Lake City, Utah. Has a pool, and club house. Built in 2007.
HOA $145, taxes $800ish per year.
Rent is $1195 per month.
How do you feel about this deal? This is in a good, well managed HOA and for Salt Lake, I think this is a good deal and I would like to own multiple units here in this community.
Thanks for your advice in advance.
