Hello,

I have a new place under contract in Layton Utah and I'm looking for someone to manage it. I've talked to a few property managers in Salt Lake, but i'd prefer someone that is more familiar with Layton.

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated, Thanks

I sell new construction in Park City, I had a couple come in that have a rental at Waldorf Astoria. Everything is managed with them, they take a huge cut, and you have to leave the place looking like a hotel room, but they said renting it out in the winter completely pays for them to stay there in the summer.

I kind of looked into it and ended up not doing it, but there may be opportunity there.

Hello, I have a couple rentals just north of there. I personally am going to stay away from investing there. Its "Utah bad" not really bad.

I am getting my license soon to help a family member sell their home. I'm already an agent in Utah and I'm looking for some advice and possibly some help with this deal. I'm looking for a brokerage that just has a transaction fee instead of a split and some recommendations on title companies.

I may be interested in teaming up with someone for this deal as well. The home is in the south east area of San Jose by the country club. I'd really appreciate any advice or help with this and thanks in advance.

I have some tenants that gave my their 30 day notice last month and said they would be out this Tuesday the 30th. I just got a message from them saying they haven't found a place yet and want until the end of the week to move out. I already have a lease with new tenants to get in on July 1st so what should I do? How can I get them out?

I'm at Stonebrook which is at about 6400 S and 2000 E. Its a relatively small brokerage but the split is fantastic for part timers, its only $531 per transaction. The staff has always been quick to respond to emails and questions and they are willing to help you out.

The downside is that you are on your own for everything. They don't really have many classes or team activities that a broker like Keller Williams would have.

If you want their contact info, let me know.

Anyone have any good experiences with any companies or private installers?

Thanks in advance for your help.
