My local paper did an article on the house I flipped!

This was my first flip that took a couple years. I didn't get mentioned in the article, but it's nice to see the couple that bought it are happy!

Congrats.  The article does bring up a disturbing thing though.  How does a couple making less than $51k buy a house for $230k?  That is just insane even with grants and gifts for the down payment.  Things like this are why people like us can get great deals on foreclosures.

 Loans like this are why there will continue to be foreclosure deals in the future.
