Post Purchase Analysis

Hi BP Friends-

I've noticed that many of the members here do extensive analysis around the purchase of the deal, however I can't recall any posts regarding continued analysis of beyond the initial purchase. Fore example, do any of you maintain income/cashflow statements for the properties, or do any sort of financial performance analysis after it is purchased? Do you maintain a spreadsheet, or just keep an eye on your bank accounts to make sure they keep growing?

Now I haven't purchased any properties yet, however plan on jumping in over the next few months. I know once I do I will be doing a monthly performance analysis on it.
