We just closed on our second wholesale deal and made about a $4500 assingment fee. Not huge but a step in the right direction. What makes this one interesting is, we got the lead from Facebook. Kind of like Michael Quarles said in the podcast the other day, you have to let everyone know you "Buy Houses"...even your gardner. Haha. Someone on Facebook knew/saw my partner Bill and I (who I met on BP) are "Buying Houses" and he knew a co-worker who wanted to get rid of a house he owned. He gave him our info, we checked it out, got it under contract and 55 days later we closed the deal. It was a win-win-win! So, if you are on the fence about jumping in and getting started, don't be. Research, read, listen but...TAKE ACTION. Thanks for all the help BP!
