My 1st Deal in DFW Area

I am happy to complete my 1st SFH deal in DFW area. First, I would like to thank BP Community and all the help during my process on this deal. Here are some more details:

Last week, I have closed a SFH - Single Story home deal in DFW area. I have opted for small single story home with approx 1800 sqft with 3+2+2. It's roughly 15 years old home (1999). I have opted for conventional home loan with 20% down. The good news is, I was able to rent this property in a one day with listed price. (Not bad...huuuuh)
