I’m so excited! I quit my day job today to do REI full time!

Today, I quit my job and I could not be happier for what is to come. I have been working very hard the past few months to establish teams in Chicago, Milwaukee and NW Indiana so I can work in REI full time.

Right now I am mid deal for a portfolio of properties. It is 8 properties, 19 units, $500k price and $12,300 gross monthly rents. I am also about to start some projects in NW Indiana for a couple of flips and then in Chicago for some larger multi’s with syndication.

I have also been working with some out of state and foreign investors as partners on some of these deals and am excited to get started with them. I have been so lucky to have found my partners on the ground in IL, WI, and IN. And because Chicago is a central location I can get to all the projects with a 90 minute drive so I will still be able to manage them locally.

I wanted to thank the BP community for helping me realize my calling and all the support this community brings.
