This is a 20 acres of land mixed use Commercial or Residential. This property has double the price value in 2 years.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Acreage land has a rapid value appreciation in Texas.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found it on MLS and made a cash offer.

How did you finance this deal?

I financed it through a private lender.

What was the outcome?

We submitted an agricultural application exemption and was accepted. Paying very low property taxes.
