Other buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $360,000
Cash invested: $100,000

This is a 20 acres of land mixed use Commercial or Residential. This property has double the price value in 2 years.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Acreage land has a rapid value appreciation in Texas.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found it on MLS and made a cash offer.

How did you finance this deal?

I financed it through a private lender.

What was the outcome?

We submitted an agricultural application exemption and was accepted. Paying very low property taxes.

Hi,

Fix and Flip properties are more difficult to finance due to the condition of the properties. You would need to contact a lender who is willing to work with an FHA 203K loan.

I would suggest, if this is will be your first investment property. Purchase a Multifamily property were you occupy one of the units. This way you can get an FHA loan with a minimum of down payment (3.5%)
