Hello everyone,

So I found my first FSBO! I'm very nervous and not sure where to start. I have called the number and spoke to a lady who is representing the owner. He lives overseas and is very motivated to sell. In fact the property is not on the MLS yet and she told me that she wanted to put a sign first and see the kind of response and would prefer to sell without going thru the traditional way ie getting an agent etc...

I would appreciate all the help, advice and info anyone has to share!
