Our first BRRR and out of state at that

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $42,000
Cash invested: $56,000

Single Family BRRR

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The entry price

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Established a relationship with a local realtor with same interests

How did you finance this deal?

Bank loan

How did you add value to the deal?

Almost complete renovation

What was the outcome?

Was able to BRRR with very little money left in the deal after refinance, Found renters and now have a cash flowing rental with a decent chunk of equity available.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Developing a team across state lines, cheaper contractors are not always best, they cost us time and money because they weren't the right people.
