What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was looking for a space to create a co-living space. It had a lot of space hidden from the untrained eye.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Local realtor.friend brought me the deal.

How did you finance this deal?

I provide capital for real estate projects

How did you add value to the deal?

Added 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

What was the outcome?

Beutiful property that provides quality housing for an underserved market that also makes good money.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Sometimes its easier to knock down and start over. :)
