Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $110,000

My 1st BRRRR deal, just purchased on 4/1/24. Stay tuned for the refi for final cash left in the deal & monthly cashflow!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

To invest less cash in the deal, since I have limited capital. Also, to grow & expand into doing something new and scary!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Through my agent team.

How did you finance this deal?

Private money lender (a family member).

How did you add value to the deal?

We are doing a $25,000 renovation (mostly cosmetic).

What was the outcome?

TBD!

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I'm very nervous/anxious about the refi since it's so unpredictable & 6 months out!
