@Markus Shobe Haha yep it seems like I just need to create my own...I already use a bunch of spreadsheets so that's fine, I can do that, I was just curious to if anyone had a base model/template I could use. :)

@Kevin Sobilo Yes I have all of those numbers from them, but obviously they can't give me my CoC or IRR. I want a spreadsheet that will track my returns over the lifetime of the deal.

@Kevin Sobilo @Thomas Talbert Sorry - I should have specified more, I have a property manager for these properties, and they track all of the accounting, etc. I'm looking more for an overarching portfolio spreadsheet to track asset performance over the lifetime of holding the asset.

Thanks Ty - that's a great idea and exactly what I need! I use Google Sheets, so I will try to search that and see what comes up. :)

Hello,
I'm looking for a spreadsheet to track my entire portfolio (7 properties) with my actual numbers and to see/understand which assets are performing best to least. I have individual spreadsheets for each property that I used in my initial analysis for purchasing the asset of course, but I'd love to see everything all together now with real-time numbers.

Where can I find something like this?
Thank you!

This is great, thanks! Just to double-check -- you're talking about adding alt text within your photos, NOT just the caption, correct? I just want to be sure because your text “Beautiful view of the countryside” could also technically work for the caption. Thanks! :)

Thanks so much, all! :) I am planning on refinancing out after 6 months! It should be rehabbed & rented after about 3!

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $110,000

My 1st BRRRR deal, just purchased on 4/1/24. Stay tuned for the refi for final cash left in the deal & monthly cashflow!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

To invest less cash in the deal, since I have limited capital. Also, to grow & expand into doing something new and scary!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Through my agent team.

How did you finance this deal?

Private money lender (a family member).

How did you add value to the deal?

We are doing a $25,000 renovation (mostly cosmetic).

What was the outcome?

TBD!

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I'm very nervous/anxious about the refi since it's so unpredictable & 6 months out!
