I would recommend BackFlip, but you do pay a little more on fees.  However their platform is helpful and so are the people you deal with.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $250,000
Cash invested: $65,000

This is my first flip. Came out great but still on the market. Numbers are a little tight so I'm hoping to get an offer soon.

How did you finance this deal?

Hard money

How did you add value to the deal?

Additional bedroom and fix up

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Know your numbers before.
