Has anyone run into issues in swfl trying to get builders risk policy to get a deal done? 

Having trouble getting approved when property is on a barrier island close to water ?

    I have gotten several builders risk policies recently in Cape Coral. We haven't had issues but we haven't picked up any properties on Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel yet so I am unsure if there is an issue there.
