Single-family residence other investment.

This was a primary residence for our family that we converted into a rental.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Looking for Financial security for our family

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We decided to move to another city for employment opportunities and wanted to keep the house for a rental.
