Purchase price: $50,000
Cash invested: $5,000

2 Bedroom 1 Bath 740 Sq Ft Built in 1942 Had recently been updated with new windows, carpet, paint and cabinets. I made some cosmetic improvements in 06/2012 with new carpet and fresh paint on all interior.
