Analyzing deals with Dealcheck

I was hoping to get some updated feedback on Dealcheck app. I've found it to be a simple, yet technical, way to analyze deals. While I'm still at the infant stage of being an investor, it seems like the best deal analyzing tool I can find. I love BP to no end, but find their calculators to labor intensive and quarky on the front end. I love their slide bars and adjustability on the back end, but usually don't make it that far due to said aggravations. I'd love hear others feedback and suggestions!

Following.   I’m also curious about how realistic the rent comps estimates are that DealCheck uses.

Overall, it seems very easy to use, and I like the property import feature.
